ALIARA SHIPPING POLICY


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

During this period, your order is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


DELIVERY TIME

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on factors including:

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Aliara currently ships to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $45 within the continental United States. Standard shipping is available for orders under $45.

Expedited shipping options may be available for select locations. Please check at checkout for available options and corresponding costs.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • A link to track your package in real time

You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress from our facility to your doorstep.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

Aliara is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us immediately at contact@aliara.store with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package (if applicable)
  • Your tracking number

We will investigate and either send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.


RISK OF LOSS

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We recommend choosing a signature confirmation or insured shipping option if you are concerned about package security.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Aliara does not currently offer standard international shipping. However, we may be able to accommodate special requests.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During peak holiday periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We will notify you of any anticipated delays at the time of purchase.
